The Challenge
NextPhase required a comprehensive asset identification reporting service for its clients. This service helped the clients recover or eliminate various software license fees, service fees and property taxes that may be attached to the physical system. Failure to terminate these agreements and licenses could result in some very costly overpayments. Further more, the reporting service needed to log and identify each individual hardware part numbers for evidence of erasure or destruction.

The Solution
Boston Intranets developed a custom reporting sytem that meet NextPhase's exact requirements. These reports typically show each step in the disposal process, time/date of each process performed, system information (Serial numbers, Asset Tags numbers, Model numbers, etc.), and costs associated with the disposal, certificates of compliance and destruction, and original asset /identification tags. Some of the reporting service's benefits and highlights are:
