Mark has more than 14 years in the software development and internet marketing industry in senior executive positions. During his career, he has proven his abilities both technically and to define strategic direction, develop, and launch new products. He has also been successful in building and developing his own corporation by driving growth through internal development and acquisition, and building strategic alliances.
Mark Joined the Boston Intranets team in early 2005 from Internet Management Professionals, a leading provider of enterprise web globalization software and services to the Global 2000 and leading e-commerce enterprises. During his seven years at IMP as President and CEO, Mark led the company as it grew from a pre-revenue start-up to a market segment leader.
Mark's technical and programming skills are self taught, though he holds a BA degree in both Literature and Art from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the High Growth CEO Forum and a member of the Massachusetts Software Council.
James Edgar
Senior .Net Application Engineer / Project Manager
Jim joined Boston Intranets in 2001. He has over 18 years experience in the creative and technology industries. He started his career in the 2D graphics and scripting field, and produced award winning titles in the visual desigin and interactive training demo industry. Having created content and design for Looking Glass Technologies, Irrational Games, Boffo as well as development on the PlayStation console platform; he later moved on to software and web development.
Jim has studied psychology in: child development, lifespan, and abnormal psychology. He has taught children and adults; including ESL students. In addition, William has worked with special needs students as well as inner city at-risk youth.
Bharat Gandhari
Senior Lead Java Engineer
Bharat joined Boston Intranets in 2005. He is a focus oriented professional with over eight years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of large-scale Web applications on J2EE platform, B2B applications, and ERP systems. He has played significant role in various phases of large project life cycles, such as requirements definition, functional design, technical design, development and deployment.
Bharat holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
John Goodwind

John has been helping companies small and large develop their flagship Internet based products for the last seven years. He is always keeping up with the latest in best practices so that he can always provide with solutions that will last. He has extensive experience working with technologies such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate, AJAX, EJB, and JDBC. John proves to be a valuable consultant for Boston Intranets. He has been contributing to various company projects since 2001.
Bless Mazarura
Creative Director
Bless has spent over 11 years in the creative and design field for the consumer commercial industry. His specialties range from web design, print production, illustration, to event promotion. Under his own design agency, he has worked with clients such as: Eddie Bauer, Gap, Ducati Motorcycles, IBM and the Creative Group. Bless joined Boston Intranets in 2002 as the Creative Director to oversee all visual design and customer facing projects.
Senera Butcher
Usability & QA Consultant
Serena Butcher has actively conducted research in the area of human visual perception for the past eight years. Her primary research focus is on factors that contribute to efficiency and accuracy on computer based visual tasks.
She received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Brown University, Providence RI, where she developed skills in experimental design and data analysis working on an independent study of object recognition. She continued to develop these skills conducting research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where her research focus was on factors that contributed to detecting targets in visual displays.
Over the course of Serena’s career in academia she has taught high level vision courses for undergraduates, organized professional development seminars for graduate students. Her strongest assets are her research, statistics and teaching experience. Currently she is completing a dissertation in visual attention at Harvard University, Cambridge MA, where her studies are funded by a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship.
